FAQ
Do you have other sizes?
Sort of. Fun fact: It’s come to our attention that a lot of our customers do not realize that every sticker pack we sell actually contains TWO stickers. A big one, and a little one, so YES, we DO have “other” sizes. And you’ll get it also! Check it out:
I see you use PayPal, but I don’t have a PayPal Account.
We use PayPal as our credit card processor. You do not need a paypal account — just get to the “checkout” screen and select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card,” (see the graphic below) and it’ll take your credit card information.
What’s the difference between a “glossy” finish and a “matte” finish?
One has a shiny finish, the other does not. This is pure preference on your part. We apply your choice of a “glossy” or “matte” laminate over the printed surface of your GTX Sticker to seal and protect it from the effects of weather and sun. Both laminates provide the same amount of UV protection, and both will give your GTX sticker a service life of about 5 years. So functionally, you can’t go wrong either way. What do you prefer?
How do you Ship?
We ship USPS at no additional charge to you. For locally delivery (Austin area) you can expect delivery in one to two days. Other US destinations may take a few more days.
Where are you located?
Home for us is Georgetown, Texas, an awesome little community 30 miles north of Austin. We are known to have “The Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas,” and no — it’s not bragging if it’s true! If you find yourself on I-35 just north of Austin, pull off the highway and spend some time with us downtown!
I read somewhere that you are “Made in America.” What does that mean, exactly?
It means all the products we sell at the Travel Sticker Club are made in the USA. Specifically, our office is physically located on Main Street in Georgetown, Texas, USA, where we made all the designs and run our business. Our designs are physically printed 100 ft away by our print vendor, who prints our designs on vinyl that was manufactured at a facility in Black Creek, Georgia, USA. So … that’s pretty “made in America,” don’t you think?

Who does your photography? or Can I use the pic on the GTX stickers?
We license the art on our GTX stickers from local photographer Rudi Ximenez. Other art featured on Travel Sticker Club products are licensed from other sources. Locally, we are huge fans of Rudi’s work, and are you glad you like it too! Rudi retains rights to his photography, so NO, we can’t give you permission to use his work. Ask Rudi directly!
Are you part of the City of Georgetown, or Where does the money go?
No, we are a tiny, private mom and pop operation, and have no affiliation with the governmental entity called the City of Georgetown, which in turn has no affiliation with us or the letters G, T or X. The money we make from selling GTX stickers is generally spent on housing, feeding and caring for our family of 5.
Who’s behind the GTX Sticker project?
GTX stickers are a product of the Travel Sticker Club, which is captained and choreographed by local entrepreneur Christopher Damon. Chris has been providing strategic and tactical marketing services to national and regional clients in the Greater Austin Area for over 30 years. If you live in the North Austin area, you are most certainly familiar with his work and his philanthropy. Over the years, Chris’ other marketing projects have included GraphX, GX Creative, Superwraps, the Express Business Network, GXHQ, the Happy Cow Syndicate, Gravitas Marketing, Airshow Marketing, Chameleo Wraps and Skins, and many others. While the Travel Sticker Club is a relatively new initiative, the GTX stickers in particular have been a passion project of his for a long, long time now. If you bought a GTX Sticker a few years ago, you would have gotten it from Chris, but under the name Georgetown Pride, which became Travel Sticker Club in 2017.
How did the GTX stickers start?
Well that’s a long story, but a good one. But for that, you’ll need to buy Chris a beer, and have him tell you himself!
Do you do more than just GTX Stickers? or Can you do something custom?
Oh gosh yes. If you haven’t checked out our whole website yet, please visit the Travel Sticker Club! We specialize in Oval “Country Code” Car stickers, and we do it for every country in North America, every state in the United States, and our North American city list is getting bigger every day! And yes, we can do anything custom with a product called Imagine That. Doesn’t have to be a city, it just needs to fit in the oval. BUT, if you want one for a city we haven’t done yet, we’ll make it for you without additional cost through a product called DIY.
Do you do other stickers besides Oval “Country Code” Stickers?
Not currently. We’re still adding US Cities to our inventory, so we’ve still got a lot to do. But we DO have some ideas ….
Do you ever run sales?
Sort of. Here’s a little-known fact. We actually package our oval car stickers 4 ways, meaning there are four ways to buy it: The Single Sticker Pack, the 3-Sticker Pack, the 5-Sticker Pack and the 10-Sticker pack. The more in the pack, the greater the Discount. ie: the 3-Pack comes with a 10% discount, the 5 with a 20% and the 10 with a 30% discount.
RIGHT NOW, we are running a CRAZY SALE on the 3-Pack: buy 2, get one free. That’s 33% off! So lets say you need six GTX Stickers. You’ll save BIG by buying 2 3-Packs instead of 6 singles. That’s the kind of “sale” we offer ever day.
What about a volume discount? or I’d like to retail sell these!

I don’t like to buy things online. Is there somewhere I can buy them off-the-shelf?
No. We’re a little mom-and-pop operation, and are only able to do what we do thanks to the miracle of the internet.
Your oval stickers are kind of plain. Why don’t you dress it up with cool graphics and fonts?GREAT question! You can read all about it here. The oval “country code” stickers are actually a real thing, and our stickers try to be as “authentic” to the spirit of the original as possible. In 1949 (and again in 1968), the United Nations commissioned a “Geneva Convention on Road Traffic,” wherein it was worked out how member countries would deal with international traffic on domestic roads. For example, how would France deal with Spanish cars driving on French roads, etc. Part of that arrangement was the creation of country codes that identified all the worlds countries, and the requirement that foreign cars bear a sticker using these country-codes when traveling outside their home country. So, Germany became “D,” France became “F,” Great Britain became “GB,” etc. We have a country code too: USA. Canada is CDN, and Mexico is MEX. The stickers needed to be of a certain style and size so they could be easily seen and read. These days, the country codes are part of the license plate within the European Union, so the stickers are not seen much any more. And we never really used them here, because we only share a border with 2 neighbors. Our stickers are just for fun — obviously US states are not countries — but we wanted them to be as “authentic” to the original as possible, so that’s why we don’t go crazy with design and fonts. If we did, they would not look like international country code stickers, which is the whole point.
I paid $7.25 for my sticker, but when I got it was marked $5.95. Did I get it on sale? Sort of. Prices ARE going up, but not officially until we’ve sold our existing inventory of printed $7.25 stickers. SO: come and get ’em while they are still $7.25!!
